Select BlackBay residences offer pet-friendly living because we understand that pets are an important part of your home. Where permitted, our communities are designed to comfortably accommodate both residents and their pets.

Approved pet-friendly buildings at BlackBay welcome cats and dogs up to a medium size, with a maximum of one pet per apartment.

Pet Policy Guidelines

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of the apartment.

• BlackBay reserves the right to deny or revoke pet approval for any animal deemed aggressive or disruptive.

• Should a pet cause injury to another animal, resident, or staff member, the pet may be required to be permanently removed from the property.
